Zhou Coansulting is the services firm of Prof. Dr. Zhou, formally founded in 2006.

Dr. Zhou is a Professor for Strategic Management at the International University of Applied Sciences in Bad Reichenhall, Germany.

She has published articles in international journals such as Industrial Marketing Management or Internet Research. Most recently she contributed to the Encyclopedia of Knowledge Management.

Her research and teaching focuses on research methodology, strategic management, human resources management, and international business/ culture management.

Her coansulting work focuses on general business research and organizational coansulting on strategic, conceptual matters; mostly of an international, cross-cultural scope.

Co-Founder of Zhou Coansulting is Dr. Brock, Senior Research Fellow at the Marketing Department of the Strathclyde University in Glasgow and the Department of International Business at Glasgow University.
