Business Research project: Organizational Internet Use Benchmarking

2004-2005.
The importance of the Internet for organizations of any size is no longer questioned. But how do you assess your competitive position in using the Internet to support your business? This project involved the development of a theoretically grounded and empirically sound measure of organizational Internet use for benchmarking purposes. Parts of the project were published in the journal Internet Research.
